Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

 

We are committed to providing quality Purple Scapulars. We appreciate your support and are always ready to provide any information and assistance you may require. We strive to provide all our customers with great value and service.

 

Shipping

 

We provide a Flat Rate Fee for World-wide Shipping for the Purple Scapular, regardless of the number of pieces ordered. Within the US Shipping is USD $5, all other countries USD $15.

Processing time varies according to the present stock and the number of orders. We strive to due so in the shortest possible time.

 

* How long does it take for an order to arrive?

US Shipping 1-3 days
International 1-4 weeks - an average of 2 weeks for most countries.

 

* Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information, please contact us.

 

* My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you received your tracking number more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please Contact Us.

 

* Are there any additional fees for the product?

Where applicable, we are not responsible for paying any local fees, that a postal mail delivery or local customs may charge in your country. We ship our products with the correct postage to your country.

 

Returns & Replacement

 

In case there’s a quality issue with your purchase upon receiving, we request you Contact Us via email with your order and product details within 48hrs.

We are happy to assist you subject to the following criteria:

1. Damaged Product

Please provide photos and order details for our records and to initiate your refund or replacement.

There are certain situations where a refund/replacement will not be considered (if applicable):

a) Scapulars with obvious signs of use

b) Scapulars which are damaged not due to our error

c) Any product with a return/refund request more than 48 hours after delivery.

 

Please note:

Product should be returned with all the tags, and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
We do not pay for shipping for returns.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, is expected to be the same as the original product but can vary.

 

Eligibility

 

Post receipt of your request for a return or replacement, our team will review, and reply with an update within 48hrs.

For products returned, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you within 48hrs of the status of your refund.

Once approved as an exchange, we will update your details and ship you the correct product.

 

Refunds Policy

 

If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account, within 3 to 5 business days

However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.

Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the product will be deducted from your refund.

 

Delay in receiving your order

 

If you don’t receive your products and you can’t track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

In such an event, we will track your order and expedite the shipment or if this is not possible; cancel your order and process refunds to your banking or credit card account.

 

Special Note

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be a possibility that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color, with possible variations between batches created. Customers are requested to read all the details on the product page before placing the order.
